Founder

Dr. Jorge J. Fernández y Vázquez Ph.D.

Expert in Business Protocol, Tourism, Social, Sports, International and Official, Leadership, Coaching, Communication Skills, Direction and Management of Recreational, Leisure and Outdoor Activities, International Programs and Event Organization, with more than 25 years of teaching and training experience. He has developed his professional career in Director of Protocol and Management of several institutions and corporations such as Arodyaltur, YMCA, RFETC, City Halls as well as in several universities.

His academic experience has led him to the Direction and Coordination of numerous Masters, Postgraduate degrees, courses and training activities in Institutions and Universities both in Spanish as in other Countries, as well as in national and international investigation and diffusion projects among which include congresses, conferences and presentations as invited lecturer, member of scientific committees, doctorate examination boards and Doctorate theses Director and the Spanish Association of Protocol (AEP). He has held the responsibility for Protocol Coordination and Direction of macro international and national events, various world sport championships and the management of university departments and other institutions, UCJC Professor, Head of International Relations of the ISPE (Superior Institute of Protocol and Events).

Dr. Fernández graduated with outstanding marks for his PhD, Cum Laude from the “University Complutense of Madrid”, Master Degree in Physical Education and Sports Science by the UPM/INEF, Master degree in Education Science by the University of Wales/UCM, Master Degree in Protocol and Institution Relations as well as other Masters and Diplomas taken in the USA and various Postgraduate, Masters not only in Spain but also in USA; NOLS National Outdoor Leadership School of Utah University, Lehigh University of Pennsylvania, UPM, UCM, UMHE,UO, YMCA and the Diplomatic School of Spain from the Foreign Affairs Ministry.

Prof. Ms. Carmen Yolanda Farrera

Master Degree in Psychology by the UCM, Master Degree in Event Planning, Protocol and Institution Relations by UMHE, Education Diploma from the CUC, Diploma in Tourism EOT, Diploma in Protocol and Institution Relations UMHE, UO, Diploma in Primary Education by the UCM, Certified Leisure Time Coordinator from the CAM, Diploma in Protocol International and Institution Relations by the Diplomatic School of Spain from the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Master in Corporate Communication, Protocol and Advising Image.

Expert in Tourism, Business, Social and Sport Protocol.  Professor and Coordinator of university post-graduate studies; UPM, UM, ISPE, USAL, UNAB, in Spain and others Countries. Deputy Director and Coordinator of Arodyaltur  for recreational activities, Coordinator for the Master of Hotel Management for ICE/UPM and member of the scientific committee in various professional journals including the Spanish Association of Protocol (AEP).

Ms. Julie Miller

BA from Gustavus Adolphus College of Minnesota and MA. From St. Louis University (USA) in Geology and Hispanic Studies respectively. Certified in CLIL (Content Language Integrated Learning), Interpreter and Translator in the European Office OHIM (Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market), Moreover, International Coordinator for sports scholarships for athlete-students to American Universities for private and public institutions.

Professor Miller is the International Affairs and Public Relations Coordinator in Faculty Brokers.

Ms. Teresa Orozco Lozano

Expert in Protocol and Institutional Relations, she holds a post-graduate degree in Protocol and Institutional Relations from the UMHE, studied law in the University of “San Pablo CEU” Madrid and a Master in Protocol, Ceremony and Etiquette from the ESDEN.

She has been a Protocol professor in various universities and post-graduate schools not only public but also private; EIP, Saint Charles College of Madrid, Post-graduate professor; UPM, besides lecturing in several courses and conferences for institutions and organizations. She is voting member of the Asociación Española de Protocolo - AEP (Spanish Protocol Association) Directors Board.

For 13 years she worked for the Spanish multi-national Repsol where she held different administrative positions in different departments and areas of the company.

At present she is the Head of Protocol and Events Organizations Managing Director in a Diplomatic Mission.

Mr. Juan Alcalde Fernández

Law degree from the University of Extremadura (Cáceres), Spain, Master in European Union Law and International law, University of Carlos II, Diploma from the ESADE Business School in Corporate Management program for managers of the Telefónica group.

Expert in Corporate, Real-estate and Administrative Law, in advice to International Client as an in-house lawyer in the General Secretary, as well as team director for tourist-real-estate projects and for hotel orientated businesses.

He has developed work as Director of the Department of Tourism and Real Estate. OMG of Santo Domingo and Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic with extensive experience in performance before ministries, regional authorities and courts. He has practiced law in the legal department of Telefonica of Spain. As an expert faculty member he has taught reward system right law at the Post-graduate UPM Protocol. He is a member of the Bar Association of Madrid.

Professor Alcalde develops the representation and coordination of the activities of Faculty Brokers for all of Central America based in the Dominican Republic.

Prof. Mr. Alfredo Rodríguez Gómez

Expert in event organization, communication and social media, as wel as public diplomacy, has more than 10 years of teaching activity and nearly 20 in these fields.

His professional activities on these fields began in 1992 in the cabinets of the Head of Chieff of Defense Staff and the Minister of Defense, in which he has worked for seven different Ministers, and is currently Consultant, and Professor at several universities, business schools and official institutions, as well as Professor of the Faculty of Communications at the University Camilo José Cela in Madrid.

Throughout his career he has organized more than 3,000 events, both in Spain and abroad, and he has organized and directed major national and international events such as the Informal Meeting of NATO Defense Ministers in 2007, or the events of the Day of the National Holiday of Spain or the Armed Forces Day, both for 12 years, as well as visits by the Head of State, President of the Government and other senior officials to areas of conflict (Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Chad, etc.), among others.

Alfredo Rodríguez has been an Advisor of the Nicaragua Armed Forces in Events Organization and Protocol, and contributor in the development of his manual of ceremonial, and is the author of the book Protocolo y ceremonial de las Fuerzas Armadas, as well as numerous articles in Revista Protocolo and other publications.

At the academic level, it has been and is coordinator of several master's degrees and other graduate programs at various universities, and speaker and lecturer at various conferences, as well as a member of the scientific and organizing committees of several congresses. Diploma of Advanced Studies on Political Sciences. He completed his studies at the General Military Academy, master's degree in Mass Communication at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, University Expert in Protocol and Ceremonial at the University Camilo José Cela and Higher Course of Security of the Information Technologies of the Ministry of Defence, as well as NATO's Public Information Officer.

Prof. Mr. Ramón Bonell Colmenero

Master Degree in Law by the Universidad Complutense of Madrid (UCM), Diploma in the Advanced Studies of Financial and Tax Law by the UCM, Master in Tax Advising for Businesses, Master in Legal Business Advising from the ICADE.

He is the Director of his own firm, professor in the UCJC and of the Royal University Centre, "María Cristina"(Adjunct to the UCM) and other various Universities of Financial and Tax Law. He is a Registered Property Administrator, Member of the Spanish Association of Financial Law, Member of the IF( International Tax Association) and Member of the Bar Association of Madrid.

He is the author of several publications in Spanish such as "Manual práctico de derecho fiscal y mercantil", "Manual de Opas", "Manual de empresas, mercados y finanzas" (All being guides for different financial business interests.).
